Wait Times

Please allow 4- 6 weeks for products to arrive. Contact any Curly's location for products to be delivered sooner.

General

By purchasing from Curly’s Furniture, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made online, in-store, or over the phone.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Returns and Exchanges

Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Regularly stocked items can be returned within 3 days of possession, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Clearance and “as-is” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional charges apply for picking up returned merchandise.

Condition of Merchandise

All returned items must be in new condition. Items deemed “used” (over 30 days in possession) are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via check and mailed from our home office within 7-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Curly’s Furniture is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of any product sold.
